Install the EnvInject plugin on jenkins.ovirt.org

Description

Could you please install the EnvInject plugin on jenkins.ovirt.org (https://wiki.jenkins-ci.org/display/JENKINS/EnvInject+Plugin).
This is needed for the manual-build-artifacts jobs I'm working on.

The patch was merged and the plugin is enabled. please confirm if it works as expected and if we can close this ticket.

This plugin is needed for the jobs configured in the following patch to work: https://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/60883/
It's needed in order to pass a variable of the list of jobs to run, to the build step that calls these jobs.
