email to infra-support doesn't open ticket in JIRA

this used to work in the past and I can't see any new tickets being opened by the email.

Hi, looks like the machine was rebooted 2 days ago, and the iptables rules were not configured properly, so Jira was unable to connect. Should be okay now.
