backup partition 90% full

Description

As we're going to add more services to backup, more space will be needed on the backup server which currently has a 60GB partition for backups that is 90% full.

There is 40GB free on the LV so I will extend it to use this space.

Partition is getting full again, will extend by 150 more GB. Looks like the biggest consumers are Jenkins and Gerrit.

Partition extended to 100GB, so now I acn move on to other tasks such as OVIRT-526.

Will add the backup server to monitoring as well to see when we need to grow the partition again.
