timestamps on repos are not being updated

Description

Just got a bunch of monitoring warnings about outdated mirrors. The issue seems to be the fact that timestamps are outdated on resources.ovirt.org:
http://resources.ovirt.org/pub/ovirt-master-snapshot/.timestamp

Contents of our repo and mirrors seem to be fine, so the code that is supposed to update the timestamp may need fixing.

Note: the current timestamp 1476897201 (Wed, 19 Oct 2016 17:13:21 GMT) is right before resources.ovirt.org was rebooted this Wednesday, so maybe some script fails to run after reboot. I checked access logs and mirrors are connecting just fine, SElinux also doesn't seem to be in the way.

Fixed in:
https://github.com/nvgoldin/mirrorchecker/commit/792aaa6a1765f9dd469afbf2dabce0bad1e424af
https://github.com/nvgoldin/mirrorchecker/commit/6d4c7596177deb0761af343caea34f4cb7f0388a

Redeployed the images, and tested lost of connection and missing files.

Closing for now, though feel free to reopen if it occurs again.

Occurred again today, because of the previous network outage. Will raise priority to fix this.
Meanwhile again redeployed the image.

Thanks for the analysis!
Indeed this is a bug(looks mostly related to https://github.com/nvgoldin/mirrorchecker/issues/8). One of the timestamps was missing(maybe due to the reboot, not sure), I applied a manual workaround right now and redeployed the container, so within next synchronization cycle alerts should be gone. I'll address the bug when back in the office.
