add ppc64le hosts to oVirt

Description

Now that we are building ppc64le VDSM and the Engine in PHX is updated to version 3.6, it's worth adding servers to oVirt to manage VMs easier.

PPC server working fine as oVirt host, VMs also work as expected. Closing this as we seem to have enough slaves and may use ovirt-srv16 for something else at this point.

I've spawned 14 new slaves on ovirt-srv15 (vm0200 through vm0213) and will add those to Jenkins.
One more issue noted:

  • puppet does not see that these machines are virtual. Opened to investigate.

I Installed VDSM from master-snapshot repo on ovirt-srv15 and configured local storage on it.
Issues encountered so far:

  • some group memberships were missing for VDSM so VMs would not start. Fixed manually after comparing group memberships on x86_64 hosts.

  • PXE does not work as our pxelinux.0 is an x86 binary. Can be worked around by installing a separate PXE server for PPC, spawning the initial VM from ISO, or as I did - copy existing disk image from elswhere and put it on storage domain directly.
