stats generation broken for resources.ovirt.org

Description

Stats are not processed correctly for the Resources fileserver:
http://stats.ovirt.org/resources.ovirt.org/2016/11/

This seems to be broken since December 2015 and I assume the file server system was replaced back then with proper scripts not created to send logs to the stats server.
