improve ovirt.org -> www.ovirt.org redirect

Description

Currently http://ovirt.org points at a server that redirects users to https://www.ovirt.org
Trying to point the DNS directly at the OpenShift instance hosting the website does not work.

We need to fix this in order to avoid the intermediary redirect server.

With current website hosting (OpenShift Online) we cannot get rid of the intermediary redirect server. Closing.

Anything else is needed here?

Also, another point to have a separate web server for redirects is the fact that we have another redirect in place already: - that one is co-hosted on the Nagios instance. I propose creating a web01.phx VM with EL7 and apache+certbot to have redirects there.

Totally agreed. OpenShift Online will be decommissioned at some point in the future. We can create a CentOS7 machine for which certbot is available and working fine with letsencrypt, I tested it for

We have to handle the disappearance of OS1 anyway :-/.

We could use let's encrypt for both vhost indeed. Nevertheless, Python 2.7 is not available, so I guess using the certtoll-auto script would help (using pip I guess). This is not gonna be the clean install we're used to.
