I don’t think this mirror is used at all so sending a patch to remove centos-ovirt-4.3-testing-el7 sync

@Galit Rosenthal knows which repos replaced it, we will need to change the sync
Jobs are failing with the following error:
Error setting up repositories: failure: repodata/repomd.xml from centos-ovirt-4.3-testing-el7: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.
