remove Jenkins PostBuildScript plugin

Description

The PostBuildScript plugin is insecure and no longer offered for download:
https://wiki.jenkins.io/display/JENKINS/PostBuildScript+Plugin
This ticket is to examine the use of this plugin and move to something else, then remove it.

Ah, sorry for the mix up. Will remove it as part of so that we can finalize the effort of eliminating unsafe plugins.

Groovy postbuild is using the Groovy Postbuild Plugin not the the Post Build Script plugin.

I see several mentions of Groovy postbuild scripts in the jenkins repo, one being the workspace cleanup job:

Thus plugin can be safely removed, we have no jobs that use it.
